60 Minutes Facebalm Session

1 hrkr 1,600

60 MIN · RESET SESSION

A focused facial and bodywork session designed to release tension, refresh the face and calm the nervous system.

Each session is individually tailored to what your body and face need that day. I combine different techniques — including manual facial therapy, sculpting, lymphatic and myofascial work, acupressure and relaxation techniques — rather than following a fixed routine.

A good choice if you are short on time but still want to feel lighter, more relaxed and refreshed.

You can expect:
• a more rested, fresh-looking face
• release of facial and jaw tension
• reduced feeling of heaviness or puffiness
• deeper relaxation
• a sense of lightness throughout the body

90 Minutes Facebalm Session

1 hr 30 minskr 2,100

90 MIN · DEEP RELEASE

90 minutes gives us enough time to slow down, assess where tension is held and work beyond the surface of the face. I combine facial massage, sculpting, lymphatic and myofascial techniques, acupressure and bodywork, adapting the treatment to your individual needs.

The session may include work on the face, jaw, head, neck, shoulders, chest and other areas of the body that may be contributing to facial tension and imbalance.

There is no fixed protocol. Some days the body needs deeper manual work, other days it needs more drainage, release and nervous-system regulation. I follow what your body needs rather than forcing every session into the same routine.

The result is not only visible in the mirror — it is something you can feel.

Expect a naturally refreshed and sculpted appearance, softer facial tension, a feeling of openness and lightness, and a deeply relaxed mind and body.

Ideal for:
• persistent facial or jaw tension
• puffiness and a feeling of heaviness
• tired-looking or stressed face
• anyone wanting both visible results and deep relaxation

120 Minutes Facebalm Session

2 hrskr 2,600

120 MIN · DEEP RESET

A slow, deeply personalised session for when your body needs more time and attention.

With two hours, we can take a more comprehensive approach to facial and body tension, allowing enough time to work gradually through the areas that need the most attention.

The session combines different FACEBALM techniques — manual facial therapy, sculpting, lymphatic and myofascial work, acupuncture, relaxation and bodywork — with the treatment continuously adapted to your needs.

This is an especially good choice if you experience significant tension, jaw tightness, stiffness in the neck and shoulders, puffiness or simply feel that your body needs more than a quick reset.

A deeply immersive experience designed to leave you feeling lighter, softer, more grounded and completely reset.

Recommended when you want to give yourself the time to truly slow down.
